1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and bdtj ("the Platform", "we", " "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at bdtj.org and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and any other gaming or financial services offered through the platform.

By accessing bdtj.org, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute arising from translation into any other language, the English version shall prevail and be treated as the authoritative text.

bdtj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice, except where applicable law requires advance notification. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

bdtj operates as an online gaming platform targeting adult users in Bangladesh. All services are provided for entertainment purposes only. bdtj does not guarantee that its services are legal in every jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of this platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your country or region of residence.

2. Account Registration

To access the full range of bdtj services, including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information.

2.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide the following information truthfully and accurately:

1. Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
2. Date of birth confirming you are 18 years of age or older.
3. A valid and active mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh.
4. A valid email address that you own and actively monitor.
5. The mobile financial service account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals.

Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active bdtj account. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different devices, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. bdtj employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts belonging to the same individual will be suspended, bonus funds will be forfeited, and pending withdrawals may be cancelled pending investigation.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access or use your account. bdtj will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify bdtj immediately by contacting support at [email protected].

2.4 Account Accuracy and Updates

You must keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. If any of your registered details change — including your contact number, email address, or payment method — you must update your account profile promptly. bdtj may require you to re-verify your identity following a change of personal details before processing any withdrawals.

3. Age Restriction & Verification

By registering an account on bdtj, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that the minimum age for gambling in your jurisdiction of residence has been met. If bdtj has reason to believe that a registered user is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended pending a full age verification review.

3.1 KYC — Know Your Customer Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, bdtj requires all users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. This process involves submitting copies of government-issued identification documents, which may include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Proof of address and proof of payment method ownership may also be requested.

KYC verification is a one-time process for most users, though bdtj reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time for compliance purposes. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC is completed will be placed on hold until verification is approved. bdtj will not be liable for any delay in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete KYC documentation.

3.2 Underage Account Closure

Any account found to belong to a user under the age of 18 will be permanently closed. All deposits made to the account will be returned to the original payment source where technically and legally feasible, minus any amounts already wagered. No winnings, bonuses, or free bet awards associated with the underage account will be paid out under any circumstances.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bdtj supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively via the following Bangladeshi mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. International credit cards and bank wire transfers may be available at bdtj's discretion and are subject to additional verification requirements.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though bdtj may apply account-level deposit limits for responsible gaming purposes or as part of an ongoing security review. Deposits are credited to your bdtj account balance instantly in the vast majority of cases. In the event of a delay exceeding 30 minutes, you should contact the support team with your transaction reference number.

bdtj does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits received from third-party accounts will be returned and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile financial service account used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification of account ownership. bdtj targets a withdrawal processing time of 30 to 60 minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts submitting requests during standard operating hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

bdtj reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawal processing in the following circumstances:

1. KYC documentation has not been submitted or is under review.
2. The withdrawal request has triggered an automated fraud or security alert.
3. The account balance includes bonus funds that are subject to incomplete wagering requirements.
4. The account is under investigation for a breach of these Terms.
5. Technical issues affecting the relevant payment provider.

4.3 Currency

All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals on bdtj are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol: ৳). bdtj does not currently support multi-currency accounts. All financial transactions are processed in BDT at the time of the transaction.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

bdtj offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing registered users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus policy set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this general policy, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by bdtj are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion description. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement must be wagered a total of ৳20,000 before any winnings derived from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal.

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, only bets placed on eligible game categories — typically slots and specified live casino tables — contribute toward wagering requirements. Sports bets, in-play bets, and certain high-RTP table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates for each game type will be specified in the promotion terms.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses are available to new users who have not previously held a bdtj account. Each user is eligible to claim a specific welcome bonus only once. Repeat-deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions are available to existing verified users, subject to the eligibility criteria of each individual promotion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bdtj monitors bonus activity across all accounts to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing opposing bets across accounts to reduce wagering risk (bonus hedging), and using automated betting patterns that exploit bonus terms without genuine gaming intent. Accounts identified as engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses forfeited and may be permanently suspended.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered user of bdtj, you agree to use the platform responsibly, honestly, and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following obligations apply to all users at all times.

6.1 General Obligations

• Provide accurate personal information at registration and keep it current.
• Use only payment methods registered in your own name.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and secure.
• Use the platform for personal entertainment only, not for commercial purposes.
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• Engage with the platform's responsible gaming tools if you feel your gambling is becoming problematic.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdtj platform:

1. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the platform in any way.
2. Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a platform error are not valid and will be reversed.
3. Placing bets using information obtained through illegal means, including the misuse of inside information relating to sports events.
4. Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using bdtj as a conduit for the transfer of funds obtained through illegal activity.
5. Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes in live casino or poker environments.
6. Attempting to gain access to another user's account by any means, including phishing, social engineering, or brute-force attacks.
7. Registering an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account.
8. Making chargebacks or payment disputes against deposits that have been legitimately used for gaming activity.

Violation of any of the above prohibited conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

bdtj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to the circumstances described in this section. Where possible, bdtj will provide prior notice of account closure; however, in cases involving suspected fraud, money laundering, or serious breaches of these Terms, accounts may be suspended immediately and without prior warning.

7.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without valid grounds.
• Multiple accounts detected under the same individual.
• Underage gambling detected or suspected.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• User request for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming policy.

7.2 Balance on Closure

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the user's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC checks. Where closure is the result of a Terms breach, fraud investigation, or underage gambling determination, bdtj reserves the right to withhold the balance pending the outcome of the investigation.

7.3 Voluntary Closure

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawal at the time of voluntary closure will be processed in the normal course before the account is closed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdtj, its directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the bdtj platform or any services provided through it.

8.1 Platform Availability

bdtj does not guarantee that the platform will be available continuously, without interruption, or free from technical errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure outages, and events beyond bdtj's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the platform. bdtj will not be liable for any loss of winnings, bet placement failures, or financial disadvantage caused by platform downtime.

8.2 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on the bdtj platform are determined by certified random number generators operated by licensed third-party game providers. bdtj does not control, influence, or guarantee the outcome of any game. Past results do not predict or influence future outcomes. By using the platform, you accept that gambling involves the risk of financial loss, and that all losses incurred through normal gaming activity are final and non-refundable.

8.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless bdtj and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including legal fees — arising out of or in connection with your violation of these Terms, your use of the platform in a manner not authorised by bdtj, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

8.4 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of the bdtj platform that cannot be resolved through the platform's internal complaint resolution process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant competent authority. bdtj encourages users to raise disputes in the first instance by contacting support at [email protected], where the team will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.
